White Wine
The description section for white wines... I don't really know what to write. Essentially these are all wines where the appearance of the wine is kinda greenish and sometimes yellow and occasionally "water white". Anyway, in a lame attempt to pigeon hole an entire "colour" of grapes, here goes. This collection is compiled of wines without any obvious red colour. They can be bracingly acidic and thrilling and they can be generous, mouth filling and have flavours of the oak barrels that they are fermented in. Some of these have some residual sugar, but I make a point of saying so in the description, if that is the case. Pretty much all of the wines in this category are dry as a chip. Have I put them in any kind of order? Not really, other than they are all "white" in appearance.
